Some perhaps think of Prague, Frankfurt or Strasbourg when planning that special Christmas market visit. But if you want a taste of <i>all<\/i> of those country\u2019s markets in one shot, there\u2019s Manchester in England. In only 16 years the Manchester Christmas market has grown from only a few stalls to one of Europe\u2019s largest festive events, and in 2014\u00a0it\u2019s grown even bigger.
