Every household in Sweden earlier this year received some very unusual information from the government. A new leaflet called “If crisis or war comes” details what Swedes should do to survive war, ecological disaster or a cyber attack. It has made Deutsche Welle’s resident Scandinavian Lars Bevanger wonder what the Swedish government knows that we don’t know.
