Several European countries have seen record low temperatures this year, including Oslo where the mercury showed minus 30 degrees centigrade in January. That has not stopped people from plunging into the freezing Oslo fjord from many of the city’s floating saunas, however. I went to check out what is going on and sent this report back to Inside Europe on Deutsche Welle.
