End of net neutrality?

A 2-tier Internet for the future?

One of the founding principles of the Internet is that everyone should be able to access everything. Now critics warn this neutrality is about to be eroded with the launch in the UK of a new service from BT, called Content Connect. It allows broadband providers to charge for speedier access of certain content, like HD video. So are we about to see a two-tier Internet? Here’s my report for Spectrum on Deutsche Welle:
